The Well Woman Clinic is a new initiative on the part of the Ulster Council GAA to promote good health among it's adult members.  We have joined forces with the Ulster Cancer Foundation to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle.  The night will consist of general health advice as well as practical tips to prevent and detect Cancer.

The night begins with general health advice followed by specific information on Cancer.  After the presentations, everyone has the chance to go round the room, look at displays and find out more about their own health.  The health information has been designed to be pitched at a very general level - to suit a wide audience, and is aimed at getting members to think about small changes they could make to become healthier.  The Cancer information is
aimed at a general audience too, and hopes to encourage people to recognise what they can do to detect or prevent Cancer.
