News: Damien O'Hagan gets TeamTalk GAA All-Star Nomination for 2007

A total of 20 clubs are represented on the list of nominees for the 2007 O'Neills Tyrone All-Star football team, which will be announced at the fourth annual Teamtalk Awards ceremony in the Great Northern Hotel, Bundoran, on Saturday 1st December.

County champions Dromore lead the way with nine All-Star nominees, including previous award winners Mickey Garry, Cathal McCarron, Eoin McCusker and Fabian O'Neill.
 
Peter Ward, Sean O'Neill, Shaun 'Snowy' O'Neill and Tyrone pair, Ryan McMenamin and Colm McCullagh, complete the Dromore representation on the nominees list.
 
Coalisland have been recognised for reaching a first county final in 16 years with a total of six nominees, while their league semi-final opponents this weekend, Carrickmore, have got four players shortlisted for the awards night. The Carrickmore quartet includes former All-Star winners Conor Gormley and Ciaran McAleer, who have both been honoured twice in the last three years.
 
Junior champions Rock also have four players on the list, while intermediate champions Killyman have three names in the running for places on the 2007 All-Star selection. Division 1B league champions, Clonoe, and Division 2 champions, Eglish, also have three players recognised.
 
Cookstown, senior championship semi-finalists in 2007, and their neighbours, Kildress, who earned promotion from Division 1B in recent weeks, also have three names each on the nominees list, with three Errigal Ciaran players also making the cut.
 
Beragh, Donaghmore, Killyclogher, Loughmacrory and Tattyreagh all have two players included among this year's All-Star nominees and a further five clubs have one player in contention for an All-Star award.
