The final match of the day saw another memorable win for the Greencastle club as young Niamh Murphy secured the Girls Under 16 singles title. In an already phenomenal year for the St. Patrick's club on the football field, Greencastle could certainly take some pride in their youth in this year's juvenile championships. In Niamh Murphy they possess another very exciting young ladies prospect as she showed with a 15-3, 15-4 win over Brackey's Lynne Lyttle.
