Well done to everyone who completed the annual Greencastle 5 mile run/walk on Boxing day and thank you to all the stewards and various helpers for their work on the day.

SENIOR SCÓR

COUNCIL RECEPTION
Omagh District Council are holding a reception for the Sperrin Óg senior team, management, committee and helpers on Friday 13th January at 7pm. Anyone who will be attending the function needs to let Pat Clarke or any other Committee member know asap.
MEMBERSHIP
Over the next month the club will be seeking new members and collecting Friends of Greencastle subscriptions. We appreciate all the support in the past year and ask for your continued support in 2012.
YOUTH COMMITTEE
We hope to establish a Youth Committee in 2012 which will allow representatives from different underage groups in football and handball to play a more active role in the management of the club. This is a great opportunity to allow the views and issues of our underage players to be voiced and will allow those involved to help organise any future youth related events. Anyone who is interested, has ideas or wants more details should contact Fiona Teague or Michael McNamee.
REFEREES
The club urgently needs to recruit referees so if anyone is interested please contact Pat Clarke.
COMMITTEE MEETING
The next committee meeting will be on 9th January.
